Coping with Chronic Illness
Do you have a chronic illness and have difficulty coping with the physical and emotional challenges that come with it? I understand that having a chronic illness can cause health anxiety, difficult emotions, and challenges as I have a chronic illness myself. I provide strategies to help individuals deal with these difficulties and support them in developing an empowering stance.

Anxiety Disorders
I offer counseling for anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalized anxiety disorder. If you consider yourself an overthinker or tend to find yourself ruminating, I can help you develop healthy coping strategies to manage your anxiety and lead you toward meaningful life.

Perfectionism
Do you hold yourself to unrealistic standards and then beat yourself up if you don't live up to those expectations? Do you tend to think in the black and white (I'm either a success or failure)? I work with individuals to cultivate self-compassion and understand the underlying function of their perfectionism.

Trauma and PTSD
I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals suffering from trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). CPT is an evidence-based approach that treats PTSD. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore the traumatic experience and its lingering effects.
